New Owner Entry Gate Registration

This form is to be used by new homeowners to register for the entry gate security system. Please note the following:

1. The gate codes and clickers belonging to the previous Unit Owner will be disabled soon after the sale of the unit. New gate codes and clickers must be registered by new the Unit Owner soon after purchase of the unit.

2. New Unit Owner must select one 4 digit personal code. All other gate codes associated with your condo will be disabled within the first month of ownership.

3. New unit Owners can also select one 4 digit code for daytime vendor use (6 am to 6 pm daily). All other vendor codes associated with your condo will be disabled within the first month of ownership.

4. New Unit Owners must register the serial numbers of all owned gate clicker devices. All non-registered gate clicker devices associated with your condo will be disabled within the first month of ownership. They can be reactivated in future by filling out this form.

NOTE: The serial numbers on access device clickers are a string of 4 or 5 digits as shown on the two clickers below.
